The Emperor Heavy Duty Skid Plate, in our opinion, is the best skid plate available on the market today. With a 3/16″ thick aluminum construction, hand Tig welded wings both sides, mounts direct to the stock mounting locations with high-grade metric SST fasteners, you simply can’t go wrong.  With the KLE 500 having limited ground clearance it is a must have for the occasional gravel road exploration.
