  • motorcycle use may result in injury, property damage, or death;
  • aftermarket products do not eliminate all risks;

The Customer assumes all risks associated with motorcycle use and agrees to follow applicable laws, safety practices, and manufacturer recommendations.

11. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

If you create an account with Emperor Racing Inc., you are responsible for:

  • keeping login information confidential;
  • ensuring account information is accurate;
  • all activity conducted through your account.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

12. WARRANTY TERMS

(d) allow the Company reasonable opportunity to inspect or evaluate the product.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.

12.4 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • impacts beyond normal intended use;
  • collisions;
  • improper riding conditions;
  • unauthorized modifications;
  • incorrect installation;
  • use of incorrect hardware;

  • delays;

14.2 Maximum Liability

  • inspecting installed products;
  • using appropriate protective equipment;
  • following manufacturer recommendations;
  • riding within their skill level;
  • complying with applicable laws.

28.3 Product Limitations

Emperor Racing products are designed to improve protection, durability, or functionality but cannot eliminate all risks associated with motorcycle use.

No aftermarket product can guarantee prevention of damage, injury, or failure in all circumstances.

29. INSTALLATION DISCLAIMERS

29.1 Proper Installation Required

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are properly installed.

Where appropriate, installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or experienced individual.

29.2 Installation Damage

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by:

  3. They understand the limitations and responsibilities associated with motorcycle products and off-road use.
  4. They acknowledge that Emperor Racing Inc. products must be installed and used properly.
  5. They accept responsibility for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.
